Comfortable and tidy rooms with everything you need like a private safe, air conditioning, and a minibar. the views are amazing! the bathroom is also clean and spacious 🌟.

Everything was good, exceptionally clean hotel, marvellous and incredible location opposite the passenger ferry terminal. Location: the property was really close to the seashore, Stresa and the Borromean Islands and the ferry stop. Had nice dainties at Bar Imbarcadero, located close to the hotel. Booked a room with particularly nice views on the lake...

We liked reasonably spacious and air conditioned rooms and fantastic food.

The place was reasonably clean with welcoming and incredibly welcoming staff members. The venue's position was central. Moreover, the area was very very nice👍

Great location near Stresa and the Borromean Islands, plus the ferry stop makes it convenient. the staff here is super nice and helpful 😊.

My situation: 2 kids(one of 3 and one of 9 months old), wife and I. We stay only one night and the staff was very helpful and kind. They try to help us with everything, they give us a better room. Facilities and the view were very good.

They charged my for everything and I think that for the price has to be included. They charged me for the cot, for the breakfast also and the parking was very difficult in the zone where the hotel is located.

The room was brand new and quite spacious, it had a balcony which made us pleased, and the staff was consistently friendly during our visit.

The staff: multilingual, available, ready to help. The fittings are new, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and modern. The location: next to the boats leaving for the islands.

Not all windows had shutters and we were woken up quite early by traffic noise and daylight. There were no chairs in the room - so it was not possible to sit on the balcony and benefit from the view - and no fridge (essential when you have a kid and want to keep some drinks and chocolate in the room).

Friendly reception. Very good location in front of Lago Maggiore. Wireless internet worked flawlessly. Breakfast fully OK. Beds soft enough.

AC limited to 23C as minimum. Hard to even get down to this level, i.e. the room temperature was a bit too high for our taste.

Charming place. Beautiful room. Fantastic staff. Incredibly nice breakfast. Good location near the Pallanza ferry terminal. Next to hotels, cafes, and the boulevard by the lake. Convenient for ferries.

The suite had a beautiful view of the lake. the private bathroom was spacious. the hotel's location was perfect for visiting Isola Bella island, as it was close to the shore and the ferry terminal.

Formal and reasonably clean place, magnificent view over the lake. Particularly good and stunning location not too far from city centre. Walking distance to a market and local markets across the street. Astonishing restaurant, with excellent food.

The hotel is really good. The room was big and had a wonderful view to the lake. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful.
